These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use the online store at daleedo.com (the "Store") and when you buy from us. The Store is operated by Daleedo LLC ("Daleedo", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

2. Products and Safe Use

The Daleedo Lift Pro is a personal-care massage device for cosmetic use. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

Before using the device, read the instructions that come with it. Do not use it, or speak to a doctor first, if:

• you are pregnant or breastfeeding;
• you have a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic device;
• you have varicose veins, blood-clotting problems, or heart or circulation conditions;
• you have broken, irritated, sunburned or infected skin in the area you want to treat; or
• you are sensitive to heat or light.

Stop using the device if you feel pain or discomfort or notice a skin reaction. Keep it away from children and water. Never use or charge a device that looks damaged.

3. Product Information and Pricing

We try to describe and show our products accurately. Colors and details may look slightly different depending on your screen. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed with a pricing or description error, we may cancel affected orders. If we do, we will give you a full refund.

4. Orders and Payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the product. We may limit or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

5. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

We offer free standard shipping and a 30-day return guarantee with free returns. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy explain the details. Ownership of the product, and the risk of loss, passes to you when it is delivered.

6. Intellectual Property

The content of this Store belongs to Daleedo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. This includes the text, graphics, logos and design. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Reviews and Comments

If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you confirm that the content is yours, is honest, and does not break any law or anyone else's rights. You also give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Store and in our marketing. We may remove any content at our discretion.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Store:

• for any unlawful purpose or to commit fraud;
• to interfere with the Store's security or operation;
• to upload harmful code; or
• to collect other users' information without their permission.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Store may link to, or rely on, third-party services such as Shopify and our payment providers. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the Store and products are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties beyond those stated in these Terms, our Refund Policy and any warranties that the law requires.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Daleedo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Indemnity

If you breach these Terms or misuse the Store, you agree to compensate Daleedo for any claims, losses or costs that result, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the consumer protection laws that apply to you. For customers in Australia, that includes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where Daleedo LLC has its principal place of business. This does not take away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page. The Terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
